What if my items arrived damaged/broken?

What do I do if an item was broken during shipment?
 

If an item you purchased was delivered to you damaged or broken, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of package delivery. We will be happy to assist you and send a replacement as soon as possible.

  • Note: We are unable to issue replacements or returns for any damaged items reported after 48 hours of delivery. Please open your package once you receive it to ensure everything is in good condition.
